  • Duties:

  • Greet and take care of clients who enter the office
  • Manage telephone communication with clarity, accuracy, and courtesy
  • Receive incoming mail and packages
  • Open and close files in accordance with office procedures
  • Scan, copy, and file documents
  • Using the system to process sales order
  • Print and send invoice to customer by system or mail
  • Using the system to process Packing slip
  • Properly maintain workspace and reception area to reflect professional image

Required Skills:


  • Post Secondary education
  • Excellent telephone and in person manner
  • Perfect written and verbal communication in English
  • Fluency in Mandarin
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good typing skills
